Where are your products made?

Our products are made and assembled to order in our Chicago studio. Some individual components that we cannot make ourselves are produced by skilled artisans from around the Midwest and East Coast of the United States.

Do you offer trade discounts?

For interior designers and architects with offer 10 % trade discounts. Discounts up to 20% are offered on orders of multiple fixtures.  Please provide us with resale certificate along with your firms’ contact information to gain access to our trade pricing.

How do I purchase replacement bulbs?

All of our fixtures are built to allow for the exchange of LED’s with relative ease.  Though it is unlikely you will need them, we are happy to offer factory replacements at cost.

Will I be charged sales tax?

For Non-Illinois sales, the client is responsible for filing sales tax depending on your state and city/community. We are required to charge sales tax on the product and shipping total for items shipped to Illinois State unless a valid Reseller certificate is presented at time of order.

Do you customize your products?

We love working on custom light fixtures and luminaries. Contact us to discuss your requirements and concept. Please be aware that custom work frequently involves lead times that are longer than those that offered on our production models.  All custom projects are quoted on a case by case basis. We can help you with custom fixtures from sketch to installation.

How long are your lead times?

Our lead times are generally 4-8 weeks on our production fixtures. Custom orders frequently require longer lead times. The estimated delivery date is indicated on your invoice/order. How do I clean and care for my product?

Dust fixtures with a clean cloth or non-abrasive duster.  Scrubbing with a slightly damp cloth can be performed when necessary.  Do not use abrasive or acidic household cleaning products. For the best maintenance of the product, protect it from excessive heat, moisture, grease and dirt.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the hand-made nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
